About this work

The ship The Empress of India (Canadian Pacific Steamer Empress of India) in the harbor of Yokohama before departure to Vancouver. Part of the photo album of Dolph Kessler with photographs he took during his stay in England and on a world tour he undertook as secretary of Henri Deterding (director of the Royal Oil Company) to the Dutch East Indies, Japan, China and the United States, between 1906 and 1908.
