Photo Album of the Matthes, Doorman, and Van Thiel Families

Photo album in brown leather binding with metal lock, parts missing. The front cover is decorated with a small copper plate in the shape of a coat of arms. The back cover has four iron knobs and a geometric motif in relief. The endpapers have a flower and plant motif. The album contains 16 thick cardboard sheets with gilded edges. Each page has one or four passe-partouts framed with gold-colored lines. In total there are 97 cartes-de-visite, cabinet photos and photos. It mainly concerns members of the Matthes, Doorman and Van Thiel families. The photo album comes from the estate of Eva Pennink.
