Dutch family album with 72 portraits

Photo album with a total of sixty-eight photographs and four prints on forty pages. The album contains twelve cabinet photographs and fifty-six cartes-de-visite in passe-partouts framed with gold lines, and four loose chromolithographs at the back of the album. Each page contains either one passe-partout for a cabinet photograph or, side by side in a vertical orientation, two passe-partouts for cartes-de-visite. Depicted are portraits of unknown men, women and children, a photograph of a sculpture, a photographic reproduction of a print, and a photograph of a dog. The photographs were taken by various photographers in the Netherlands and the Dutch East Indies, including Albert Greiner, Woodbury & Page, and Petz & Co. The photographer is anonymous for thirteen photographs and the four prints.
