About this work

Photo album with 50 photographs on 26 pages. The album contains portraits, including works by Hendrik Jonker, Max Büttinghausen, and Carl Wilhelm Bauer; some photographs are anonymous. Some photographs bear the inscription "AV" or "A. Voget". Presumably all photographs were made in the Netherlands, and each page contains both a carte-de-visite and a cabinet photograph. Two photographs are mounted on the inside of the front cover.
