About this work

Photo album in white parchment binding. The spine and front and back covers are decorated with leaf and flower motifs in gold printing. The endpapers feature a fantasy motif of plants, vases, statues, and birds in gold and green. The album contains 39 red-edged leaves with 76 photographs of sights, mainly in Brussels, Paris, Versailles, Marseille, and Nice. The compiler is unknown. The sticker at the back from the Florence-based photographer Giacomo Brogi suggests the compiler was from Italy.
