Photo album in green-black linen binding with the title in gold printing and relief on the front cover. The endpapers are made of beige paper. On the first endpaper, the name D. Wentholt is written by hand. The album contains 12 leaves with 23 photographs in passe-partouts and 1 loose print. These are photographs taken during the Second Boer War (1899-1902), mainly in the years 1899/1900, of refugees, soldiers, prisoners of war, victims, equipment, and destruction.
