About this work
Photo album in red and black marbled linen cover, the spine and corners are of leather. The inside consists of 26 leaves with a total of six photographs. Five of them have an inscription, in different handwriting. On the inside of the cover, the name of the photographer and the indication 'Jesus College' were written in pencil. These are portraits of young men who were students at this college of the University of Oxford around 1860.
