About this work

Correspondence consisting of four letters between L.J. Hartkamp and F.I.M. Filmmaatschappij regarding the copyright of photos used in a calendar for the year 1942. Hartkamp, acting as a lawyer, represents his client Ch. Kellerman, who warns F.I.M. Filmmaatschappij to initiate legal proceedings if the latter does not come forward with a suitable proposal. F.I.M. Filmmaatschappij, however, claims they purchased the photos and that the calendar was never officially issued due to seizure by the German invaders.
