A very richly dressed gentleman and lady on horseback overlook a dune landscape where hares are being hunted with crossbows and guns. Several hunters and a woman stand with their dogs near them. In the foreground on the left, a man and a woman are cleaning the shot hares. In the background, a tower, a church, and the sea.
