About this work
Two monkeys sitting next to a bowl with oysters. One opens the oysters with a knife, the other just slurps an oyster inside. Print from a series of six prints and a title print in which different human occupations are represented by monkeys. Copies after prints by Quirin Boel, with an added verse in Dutch under each representation.
