About this work

The cartouche is crowned by a vase with flowers and fruit. On both the left and right, a man and a woman hang over the scrollwork. Hatched background. Part of a series of 14 sheets of cartouches with scrollwork, grotesques, trophies, and friezes. The title page is missing.
