About this work
The month of December: an old man warming himself by the fire of an open hearth being blown by a boy. In the upper right, the zodiac sign for December: Capricorn. The print has a border with a Latin inscription referring to the labors of December. Mirror-image copy of the print of the same name by Crispijn van de Passe (I).
