About this work
In a landscape stands the naked Saturn as ruler over agriculture on a pedestal. He holds a sickle in his hand and devours one of his children. Around Saturn, peasants harvest grain. In the sky, the symbol of Saturn (center) and the zodiac signs Capricorn (left) and Aquarius (right).
