The Presentation of Christ in the Temple. Simeon holds the Christ Child in his arms. Mary kneels and holds in her hands a basket with the two doves for the offering. To the rear left of her stands Joseph. Before the pillar stands the prophetess Anna. By the altar stand a boy with a candle and a boy with a censer.
