About this work

The Christ Child in a nimbus, holding a flaming heart in each hand, surrounded by cherubim. The Child is adored by four Jesuits: Ignatius of Loyola, Francis Xavier, Aloysius Gonzaga, and Stanislaus Kostka. In the margin a two-line inscription with a dedication in Latin.
