About this work
In a landscape with two rocaille motifs, a Pandur on the right marches to battle. He holds a banner with a cross and a laurel wreath in his right hand and a stabbing weapon in his left hand. To his right stands his son; to his left, a woman gives her child the breast. In the landscape on the left stands a priest. In the lower margin, twice a four-line French and German text. Publisher's number 10.
