Wrecking of the Austrian sailing ship Pegno d'Amicizia during a storm outside the sea gate at Goeree, on the evening of October 25, 1852. Two Dutch lifeboats are near the ship, with which the entire crew is rescued. With a four-line caption listing the names of the Dutch pilots involved in the rescue operation.
