About this work

Ezra has gone to the field with five men and is offered a fiery cup by God from which he drinks. This is the cup of knowledge and wisdom. The five men write down the words that Ezra speaks afterwards. Below the image a Latin reference to the apocryphal Biblical text in 4 Ezra 14.
