About this work
Mary with folded hands, standing on the moon crescent, against a cross. She is crowned by two angels. At the bottom of the cross a lily and left and right on the cross text in Latin. Behind her a halo and in the four corners medallions with border texts in Latin and images of a sun, a moon, a star and light, references to Song of Songs 6 and Exodus 20. At the bottom two lines in Latin.
