About this work

The Rich Man, with two ladies and a gentleman, seated at a banquet. To the right, two musicians playing wind instruments. To the left, a servant approaches with a dish. In the foreground, in the garden, lies the poor Lazarus. He holds up a bowl. A dog licks his wounds. The print has a Latin inscription and a Dutch and French subtitle. It is part of a series on the parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus.
