About this work

Portrait in an oval frame of Ferdinand III, Archduke of Austria and Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire. Bust to the right. Ferdinand wears the laurel wreath on his head. In his hands the imperial orb and the imperial sword. The portrait stands in a rectangular frame between two classical gods, Jupiter and Apollo. They hold a laurel wreath above the portrait. The print has a Latin inscription with the name of the sitter.
