Portrait of Matthias of Austria, the later Holy Roman Emperor, in his role as Governor of the Netherlands. He wears a short cloak and holds his gloves in his hand. Below the print his name and function in Latin. He stands beside a pedestal with his coat of arms on it. In the background a city on a river. In the top right corner the folio indication "fol: 376".
