About this work

Decoration consisting of a landscape in a horizontal oval between busts of young Bacchus and Amor, a mask (center), and a horizontal oval with two fish between the busts of Diana (left) and Mars (right). The sheet bears both a 6 (center bottom) and a 4 (bottom right). Counterproof copies of the series mentioned under Orn Cat I-324.A. Title page and 14 partially numbered sheets from a series of 25.
