About this work

Bust portrait of Pope Innocentius XI, with camauro. With his right hand he makes a gesture of blessing. He is crowned with a laurel wreath by two angels (with chalice and triple cross staff). Above that an eye. In the frame under the border the coat of arms, below that a Latin motto in ribbon, and the name of the portraitee.
