About this work

The Amsterdam Maiden Standing Between Five Shooters. In the Middle the Coat of Arms of Amsterdam and Various Weapons. Under the Coat of Arms a Call to Take Up the Watch with a Still Empty Field for the Name of the Respective Shooter. On Either Side of the Text the Two Sides of a Medal in Honour of the Aanspreker Uprising of 1696, Made by the Council of the City.
