About this work
The imperial staircase leading to the imperial hall in the town hall (Römer) of Frankfurt am Main. On the lower left is the entrance to the staircase. On the ornate ceiling of the stairwell, a fresco shows the victory of virtue over vice. On the right, top, Page 19.
