Portrait of the Duke of Alba, Fernando Alvarez de Toledo, full-length to the right. He is dressed in breastplate, holds a marshal's baton in the left hand and a pair of gloves in the right hand. To the top right his coat of arms, to the bottom left a helmet. A three-line text in French at the bottom center.
