Half-length portrait to the right of Alexander II, Duke of Bournonville, dressed in armor. Around his neck the insignia of the Order of the Golden Fleece. In his right hand he holds a marshal's baton. In the background a cavalry battle is depicted. Under his portrait a plinth, on which his name and title in two lines in a cartouche.
