About this work
The third embassy under Pieter van Hoorn to China in 1666-1668. The Emperor of China receives the gifts of the Dutch in front of the Meridian Gate of the Imperial Palace in the Forbidden City, 28 June 1667. In the inscription the legend A-D in Dutch and English.
