About this work

The annual procession of the guilds on Copper Monday (the first Monday after Epiphany) in Amsterdam. Procession and festivities of the guilds on the Dam where lepers are allowed into the city and money is collected for the lepers. In 1604 Copper Monday was celebrated for the last time in Amsterdam. Numbered Bl. 43 in the bottom right.
