About this work

Moses dies on the top of Nebo on the mountain of Pisga after God has shown him the land that he will give to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The Archangel Michael wards off the devil, who disputes with him over the body of Moses, which will be buried in the plain of Moab. At the top of the mountain Moses is received into heaven by God. In the margin two Biblical quotations from Deuteronomy 34 and from Jude, in two columns, in Latin.
