The lean kitchen. Interior in which a group of lean people eat mussels at a table. A man stirs a pot on the fire; in the front, a woman gives a child a drink from a drinking horn. Above, a fat man tries to escape through the door. With an inscription of two lines in French and two lines in Dutch. See pendant.
