The Stone-Cutter or the Witch of Mallegem. Amidst a group of fools, a quack doctor performs an operation to cut a stone from a patient's head by lantern light. To the right, a screaming woman sits on the shoulders of an old woman. To the right, the cutting of stones in a large egg. In the background, a watermill and fantastic creatures.
