About this work

Two Biblical scenes. Above: The Israelites bring valuable fabrics and metals as a contribution to the construction of the Tabernacle. Below: Nadab and Abihu, standing among the temple vessels, are killed by fire from the sanctuary. They had improperly kindled their fire and are therefore punished. Below the scenes a reference to the Biblical texts and the titles in Dutch and French.
