About this work

The brothers Simeon and Levi attack the Shechemites while they are sick in bed. One of the brothers takes Dinah back to Jacob (Gen. 32:24). In the background the rest of the city is being plundered. The print has a Hebrew, Latin, French, English, German and Dutch inscription.
