About this work

Sheet with two scenes. On the left, a Pieta: Death supports the body of a dead man by his arms in a field. The body of Death, possibly Mary, is surrounded by rays of light coming from the sun. On the right, also a Pieta: Death carries the body of a young woman in his arms. In the background, a city with a domed church.
