About this work
A gardener sits with his beloved in a garden. He holds a shovel in his hands, next to him lies a watering can and in front of him on the ground a rake. The girl has a basket filled with flowers standing at her feet and points at two birds that peck. From behind a small wall an old man and a young child observe the loving couple.
