About this work
A couple dances on the street to the music of a flute player and a drummer. A poorly dressed woman, the personification of the soul neglected by man, is chased away with a bundle of twigs. Print from a series of four prints about the care of man for the body and the neglect of the soul. Each print with an inscription in Latin, French and Dutch.
