Frame with cartouches

Narrow rectangular cartouche in the center top; in the center bottom a cartouche with rounded sides. In the top left and top right a trumpet-playing angel rises from a volute. In the bottom left and bottom right a satyr with a book reads. Belongs to a series of 18 sheets in which in the center of separate plates twenty-seven emblemata and forty-five coats of arms are printed. The emblemata are partly numbered A-D, 1-7 and 9-21. Three sheets have no number. The coats of arms, which are partly printed double, are unnumbered.
