Monument to the Liberation of Den Briel

About this work
With her right hand the woman points in the direction of the Maas from where the Watergeuzen brought freedom. In her left hand she holds a flag. The year 1852 recalls the liberation of Den Briel. In 1872 the first stone for the monument was laid.
