Portrait of Ambrogio Spinola, half-length. He wears a sash of the Order of the Golden Fleece. In his right hand he holds a marshal's baton. Below the sitter a two-line inscription in Latin. The portrait is set in an oval frame with a Latin inscription. In each corner a female personification.
