About this work
A naked man and woman (possibly Adam and Eve) are chained to a cart upon which Amor stands with a flaming sword. To the right, a distressed figure stands near a group of bodies of people who have committed suicide. Next to one of the bodies lies a dagger, and another body falls down a rock face. Italian verse in the lower margin.
