About this work

Mary, sitting on a cloud among the cherubim, appears to three Benedictine nuns. Saint Rose of Lima with a crucifix and crown of thorns, Saint Agnes of Montepulciano with the Christ child and Saint Catherine of Siena with a rosary. The faces of Rose, Agnes and the child are not finished.
