About this work

Courtesan, in black kimono with pattern of stylized peach blossoms and cranes, standing by rack over which kimono with pattern of shells, seaweed and dolls among blossoms. The dolls and peach blossoms refer to the Dolls' or Girls' Festival in the third month.
