About this work
Bridge in the mountains and setting sun. Over the bridge a man on horseback followed by three travelers. It is the famous Ape Bridge (Saruhashi) which lies over the Katsura River on the Koshu Kaido road. This print was therefore made in honor of the new year of the monkey. With two poems.
