On a column Emperor Vitellius on horseback. In the background scenes from his life. To the left Vitellius indulges in drink and food. To the right he is beaten to death by soldiers and thrown into the river Tiber. The print has a Latin inscription and is part of a twelve-part series about Roman emperors.
