Ignatius in Manresa

Four scenes from the life of Ignatius of Loyola. Ignatius stays for a time in Manresa. Centrally Ignatius of Loyola who is struck down by high fever. He is cared for by his followers. On the left, Loyola in the hospital, where he asked for alms together with beggars. On the right, Loyola prays before a crucifix and the vision of a snake. This snake turns out to be a false vision of the devil. Bottom right, Loyola receives a vision of God on the bank of a river.
