About this work
Selinde and Huldreich are ambushed in the forest by Kunz. On the left in the foreground lies the murdered Huldreich with arrows in his chest. Selinde sits in an open carriage and is abducted by Kunz and his retinue. The scene is surrounded by a frame with rocaille ornaments. A four-line German text appears in the lower margin.
