About this work

A courtesan with her maid (kamuro) sitting on a bench at a tea house, a servant behind them. The large crane probably refers to the Crane House (Tsuruya) in the Yoshiwara district. The dragon stands for the dragon year 1796. No poems, probably cut off on the left.
