About this work

Landscape with the female personification of Sight. She holds a mirror and looks into it. Before her stand two men, of whom the right one holds a mirror behind his back. Behind her sits Jupiter, accompanied by the eagle, with a scepter in his right hand. In the margin, in two columns, an inscription in Latin. Print from a series of five with the five senses.
